Description: The lack of time makes it difficult to organize meals, with the result that the “office diet” is mainly characterized by the consumption of fast-junk food. If one considers that work takes up the largest percentage of a person’s daily time, apart from sleep, it is easy to understand that the nutritional choices concerning this period significantly affect the overall quality of nutrition and daily energy intake.
