Description: The tool is a handbook for companies that offers an initial contextual legislative framework and a methodological pathway for the assessment of work-related stress risk that includes a preliminary assessment phase, an in-depth assessment phase, the use of the ‘Indicator tool’ questionnaire validated in the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland on more than 26,000 workers and in Italy through a process that involved more than 75 companies belonging to different production sectors and more than 6,300 workers, as well as other useful tools such as the focus group. Following the assessment phase, a corrective action planning phase and a monitoring plan is proposed.
